New National Primary Care Dementia Project April 2015

PREPARED is a new national primary care project, led by Dr. Tony Foley, which ensures patients with dementia will receive optimal, evidence based care in General Practice by GPs who are upskilled to assess, diagnose and care for patients with dementia.
