Repeat Prescriptions

Please allow 24 hours for all repeat prescriptions.

You can ring the surgery for your repeat prescription or, alternatively, a repeat prescription request form is available at the desk. Please fill out your details and which medications you require. If you do not require some medication for a month or two, please state this on the repeat prescription form, or when ordering at the desk.
